At OUAK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund guidelines below:

Damaged, Broken, or Missing Items
If your item arrives damaged, broken, or missing, we will:

• Issue a refund for the affected item, and
• Send you a replacement item at no additional cost

Incorrect Color or Preference Issues
If you receive an item and it’s not the color you expected or you simply want a different option:

• You may return the item, and
• We will issue a refund and send you the correct color or replacement item

Unnecessary Returns
If an item is returned without a valid reason (not damaged, incorrect, or defective):

• A $13 return fee will be charged

Return Requirements

• Items must be returned in their original condition
• Proof of purchase is required
• Returns must be initiated within a reasonable time after delivery
