Terms of Service (OUAK Shopify Store + Physical Locations)

This website is operated by OUAK. Throughout the site and in any physical sales locations operated by OUAK, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to OUAK. By accessing our website, purchasing online, or buying in person at any OUAK pop-up or physical location, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Online & Physical Store Use

By using our services, you confirm that:

You are at least the age of majority in your state or province, or have permission from a parent/guardian
You will not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
You agree to follow all applicable laws while using our website or purchasing in person

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, both online and in physical locations.

2. Products & Availability

Products may be sold online, in physical pop-up locations, or both
Availability may vary between online and physical store inventory
We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items at any time
Product colors and appearance may vary depending on device screens or lighting in physical locations

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices may differ between online and physical locations
Payment is required at the time of purchase
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to suspected fraud or unauthorized activity

4. Shipping & Fulfillment (Online Orders)

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external events
Once an order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the customer

5. Returns & Refunds

All purchases are subject to our Return Policy:

Damaged, broken, or missing items will be refunded and replaced
Incorrect color or defective items may be returned for refund or replacement
Returns without a valid reason may result in a $13 return fee

Physical store purchases may have separate return handling policies depending on location and will be stated at point of sale when applicable.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to logos, designs, branding, images, and product concepts, belongs to OUAK and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

OUAK is not responsible for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Losses resulting from misuse of products
Delays or issues outside of our control (shipping, events, or third-party services)
